On Saturdays we try to focus on senior level training though the first hour is for all belt levels. Today the brown and black belts refined Sentai katas and the black belts studied Meikyō. The lower belts practiced Heian Yondan, the fourth kata we learn in Shotokan. A little fun then a lot of punching and kicking at Shotokan Hobart, UTAS Sandy Bay dojo.
